Maintenance Technician

Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced Handyman Maintenance Technician to support our Southwestern Ontario portfolio.

This position is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can work independently or within a team.

Daily general maintenance tasks may include:

• Prepare a unit for re-renting: cabinet hardware adjustments, replace bathroom ceiling fans, replace light fixtures, etc.
• Minor plumbing
• Outside maintenance work. ie. install/re-level patio stone walkways, gardening, minor landscaping
• Dry Wall patching and installation including taping, mudding and sanding to prepare walls for painting
• Painting – Interior and Exterior
• Fence, Deck, Gate, Railings, Stairs repairs and construction
• Build walls and partitions
• Assemble furniture, desks, credenza, chairs, etc.
• Install, clean, repair eaves troughs, down spouts
