Maintenance Technician - Electrician

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician – Electrician (Critical Environments) i is responsible for supporting the safe, reliable operation of critical environment spaces within two commercial office towers in Downtown Toronto. This role provides day‑to‑day site coverage, inspections, basic troubleshooting, service response, documentation, and vendor coordination for electrical, mechanical, UPS, generator, fuel, controls, and related critical facility systems. The successful candidate will act as a first responder for critical environment issues, perform approved work within their electrical licence and site procedure limits, and help ensure uptime, safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to client operations.
