Role Description
This role provides landscaping support and light maintenance duties to Oceanside RV Resort. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for our team. An ideal candidate has 40 hours a week to fit your schedule and requires weekend availability. If you are dependable with a strong work ethic, we are willing to provide all the training necessary.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the landscaping and overall appearance of the property.
- Provide general grounds maintenance, including weeding gravel sites, maintaining gardens between sites, garbage control, recycling, clearing roads and walkways, lawn cutting, and grass edging.
- Support the maintenance lead with the repair and maintenance of community buildings, equipment, and the resort facilities.
- Ensure ongoing communication with Resort Manager and Maintenance Lead.
