• Maintain landscaping and grounds of the property
• Conduct repairs on community buildings and equipment
• Deliver firewood and provide resident support
• Perform daily water testing and record keeping
• Ensure pool and spa facilities are well-maintained

• Ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents
