Maintenance Supervisor

Job Information

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible and leads the technical maintenance team, supervising their activities and maintaining operative equipment related to operations and systems facilities all over the plant, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role complies with position KPIs and also leads and promotes team growth activities such as training and empowerment, while being empathic and respectful.

• With always “Safety First” statement in mind, assure all team members comply with PPE and Safety Standards, as well comply with 5S methodology and practices.
• Approve overtime as needed according to rules and policies.
• Responsible to follow up and report performance indicators of equipment as MTBF, MTTR, MTTF.
