Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Johnson Electric. Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite). Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Vacancy Type: Existing Position. Schedule: Rotating Shifts / Weekends as Required. As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key leader within the operations management team, responsible for directing day‑to‑day maintenance activities while developing and leading a highly skilled technical team. You will oversee the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of production equipment and facilities, while supporting new equipment installations and ensuring world‑class safety, efficiency, and reliability standards.
