Maintenance Supervisor - growing manufacturing start-up site

There is a newly created Maintenance Supervisor role at a growing manufacturing site in Lebanon, KY facility where selected candidate is accountable for maintaining the integrity, reliability, and basic operating condition of all plant assets to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operation. The role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime by increasing mean time between failures while minimizing mean time to repair through effective preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Using performance data and reliability insights, will drive disciplined maintenance execution and continuous improvement to support stable operations and long-term asset performance.
