Hours: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (based upon business needs) 5:45 am to 4:15 pm

Lead Hand Pay : $32.21 plus Lead-hand premium

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure that maintenance activities across Thomson facilities are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values.

• Lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Coordinating with contractors for repairs on machines, tools and the facilities including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Maintain and manage inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
