Maintenance Supervisor

GFL Environmental in Charlottetown, PEI is seeking a skilled, leadership-minded Shop Supervisor to organize daily workflow, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality, efficient equipment repairs. Operating under limited supervision, the ideal candidate is a Red Seal/Journeyman technician who will work closely with the Fleet Manager to oversee shop operations, drive team accountability, and lead project initiatives. While this is a technical advisory position rather than a hands-on repair role, the supervisor must possess deep diagnostic knowledge to successfully guide, support, and develop the shop team.
