Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary

Maintenance Supervisor is accountable to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the daily activities of Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Automation Technicians and Electricians. The role ensures the reliable operation and maintenance of all production equipment and systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Spearheads troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis efforts in collaboration with maintenance technicians, maintenance specialists, technical service, production teams and maintenance planner.
• Reports significant equipment deficiencies and unsafe working conditions, provides documentation for deviations and proposed changes.
• Directs and verifies that outside service companies and contractors perform contracted work according to internal procedures.
