Job Description
Lead equipment maintenance at CpK Interior Products as a Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee a skilled team to ensure optimal production output while adhering to IATF 16949 standards.
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be vital to maintaining high-performing equipment and supporting the Maintenance and Engineering team. You'll supervise Maintenance staff and focus on maximizing reliability and productivity across operations. Experience in the automotive industry and strong technical skills are a must to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO14001
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures
• Provide leadership for optimal equipment performance
