Job Description

This role reports to the Superintendent of Maintenance Operations and is integral to planning the electrical maintenance work on both surface and underground operations. You will analyze key performance indicators, oversee maintenance scheduling, and lead documentation efforts for ongoing improvement in project execution and safety metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create operational plans for electrical maintenance activities
• Monitor progress of work schedules and report variances
• Procure and stage materials for maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with safety and registration standards
• Participate in and lead team meetings for project updates
Requirements:
• At least three years of planning experience required
