Autism Services of Saskatoon Inc. is seeking a reliable maintenance person skilled in general maintenance and repair. The role involves working across multiple residential properties to ensure all facilities are safe, well maintained and operational.
Responsibilities
- General landscaping maintenance and exterior property upkeep.
- Interior property maintenance and repair, including drywall repair, mudding, taping, painting.
- Maintenance of household appliances.
- Regular replacement of HVAC filters and batteries for smoke alarms/CO2 detectors.
- Assist in furniture assembly, moving, and installation of shelves as required.
- Test drive and perform routine maintenance on the company vehicle.
- Solicit a minimum of three quotes from specialized contractors for major repairs or replacement of major appliances/equipment.
