Maintenance & Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove indoor and outdoor ice , including logos and lines
• Perform daily plant checks and ensure ice quality and safety
• Schedule and supervise indoor rink, outdoor ice, and field staff , ensuring all shifts are covered
• Maintain ball diamonds, soccer fields, and green space (mowing, lining, dragging, irrigation)
• Oversee social hall setup and event readiness
• Ensure both sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Maintain and oversee all equipment (Zamboni, edger, mowers, tractors, etc.)
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and trades
• Conduct inspections, maintain records, manage inventory, and purchase supplies
• Support tournaments, events, and after-hours activities
