Maintenance Operations Supervisor
Job Description
Ensure seamless maintenance operations as a Maintenance Operations Supervisor. Focus on scheduling, supervising teams, and achieving compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is pivotal for coordinating maintenance activities and providing oversight to Maintenance Workers and Technicians. Responsibilities include work order management, contractor coordination, and tracking key performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff daily
• Plan and schedule maintenance work in advance
• Monitor KPIs and report to the Maintenance Manager
• Manage compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management
• Experience with CMMS or CFMS; Yardi is a plus
• Knowledge of safety legislation and building operations
