JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Maintenance Supervisor / Reliability Specialist

Location: Louisville, Ky

Job Type: On-site (100%)

Reports to: Facility Manager

Department: North American Operations

Position Purpose: This position will provide ongoing analytical support to the maintenance team that creates visibility of the overall equipment reliability strategy and drives assets to best-in-class standards. The role will help create the link that supports continuous knowledge transfer between maintenance and production units to minimize the potential of repeat and/or similar issues occurring, while increasing the discipline to use best practices. Demonstrates advanced knowledge in multi craft fields and several years of experience with Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance Degree.
