Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000
Position Overview
The Maintenance & Facilities Manager leads all maintenance, facilities, and reliability functions for a high‑volume automotive manufacturing plant in Kitchener ON area . This hands‑on leader oversees a team of 25–30 skilled trades , ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
The ideal candidate comes from the tools — Millwright , Tool & Die Maker , Electrician , Automation Technician , or similar — with strong technical depth in preventive maintenance , automation , pneumatics , hydraulics , CNC , and PLC‑based systems
