In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager, overseeing a technically skilled team. Your responsibilities include executing maintenance projects, managing budgets, and developing staff competencies to meet organizational objectives. A strong focus on safety inspections and corrective measures will also be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute maintenance projects for strategic initiatives
• Track department budget and approve capital projects
• Coach and evaluate Maintenance team for skills development
• Schedule team effectively to address maintenance work orders
• Conduct safety and equipment inspections regularly
