Maintenance General Aide Position
Job Description
Join our team as a General Aide, performing various maintenance tasks and transporting supplies within the institution. This role requires manual dexterity and a valid driver’s license.
The General Aide will engage in essential upkeep and repair duties, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork skills and attention to detail while being able to read instruction manuals. This position also includes on-call periods, adding flexibility to your work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in various areas
• Safely transport items and supplies as needed
• Receive and store supplies accurately
• Adhere to safety protocols while working
• Remain flexible and autonomous during tasks
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Fluency in English and Cree
