Job Description

Responsibilities

• Improve maintenance plans through work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC.
• Deployment and management of the system standards established by the company.
• Assist Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensuring compliance and execution of standards, and ensuring plant‑wide controls.
• Provide strong technical support for the value streams and a guiding hand for process standards.
• Active participation in meetings with lead plants.
• Coaching and knowledge deployment to VS‑engineers (QTD and OMM).
• Serve as a coach/mentor to others.

Qualifications

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic).
• Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability.
• Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering (OMM – ACPD – WPC).
