Maintenance Chief

As a Maintenance Chief, you will define reliability strategies, analysis methods, and procedures to improve while minimizing equipment downtime.
You will repot to Maintenance Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be a coach in creating a work environment that fosters a Reliability-driven culture that meets needs and the site.
- Lead the representation of the area in interactions with our management and the center to establish the direction of reliability strategies.
- Analyze the availability of equipment, equipment use and maintenance history, EH&S data, and quality data for identifying 'Reliability Events'.
- Determine the root cause analyses and the resources.
- Provide training and support on the RCA 5-Why to operators and maintenance technicians.
- It contributes to identifying the 'added value' of the approved corrective actions / the implementation of failure management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
