About the Role
We're looking for a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility.
This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, improves reliability, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.

Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utilities).
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate corrective interventions to minimize downtime.
