Job Description
Become a Maintenance Associate at Methuen Village and contribute to a supportive environment for our senior residents. Perform maintenance tasks, general cleaning, and assist with snow removal as part of a dedicated team.
This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. You will address maintenance requests, ensure cleanliness, and assist with moving furniture during apartment turnover. Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming community for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly address service maintenance calls from residents
• Conduct general daily cleaning and heavy-duty tasks
• Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep
• Aid in the moving of furniture during apartment transitions
• Handle snow removal, ensuring safe walkways and vehicle access

• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
