Maintenance Assistant - Summer Student

DUTIES

• Landscaping: installing or resetting sidewalk blocks, leveling and unloading dirt/sand, installing lawn, removing and trimming trees
• Removing garbage from houses and unloading at city landfill
• Repairing/replacing fences
• Interior/exterior painting
• Hauling, replacing and discarding appliances (stoves and fridges, etc.)
• Operating lawnmowers, hedge clippers, air compressors, water pressure gun, gas power augers, and saws
• Conducting small repairs such as replacing door hinges, window cranks, replacing broken doors, and repairing handrails
