Job Overview

Machine Technician III at Altium Packaging is responsible for operating blow‑mold, grinder, trimmer machines and conveyor systems, troubleshooting process problems, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

In addition to Machine Operator and Machine Technician I responsibilities, the Machine Technician III role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Demonstrates mastery of Machine Operator and Machine Technician II skills.
• Complete process adjustments – from mold change to start up.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical problems.
• Understanding of sequence of cycle on machinery to help diagnose and pinpoint causes of issues.
• Can operate all lines in the plant.
• Able to make most processing adjustments without relying on the process team.
