LVN/LPN Float

**This is a full time contingent position, 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend, and may require floating to other nearby locations.
All Client positions are safety sensitive.

*Screenshot of LVN license. (Compact licenses must be issued in the primary state of residence. License must be in good standing with no current *or prior* disciplinary actions.)
*Screenshot of BLS. (Expiration date must be no less than 30 days past the start date.)

What experience do you have in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings?
What experience do you have using Epic EMR or similar Electronic Medical Record systems?
Are you available to work the required schedule?
