Job Description
Kerzner International in San José del Cabo is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Relations Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional service standards and seamless guest experiences. You will support the Guest Relations Manager, oversee front desk operations, and ensure high levels of professionalism and genuine hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years in leadership roles in luxury hotel environments, with strong communication and organizational skills in both English and Spanish.
