Location:50 Eastdale Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY,12603
Division: Clinical Operations
Department: Urology
Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt Hourly
Reports to: Practice Manager/Director or Clinical Supervisor
Shift/Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 4 days a week, 7:00 AM-530PM (Day off varies each week)
Travel: Travel to the Fishkill Location 2x a month.
The LPN functions under the supervision and guidance of the Physician and participates in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients and provides clinical support and technical assistance to the professional medical and other staff. The LPN is responsible for functioning within the scope of practice dictated by the authority of the New York State Department of Education.
