Lower Limb Mobile Clinic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate the mobile clinic's operational plans
• Implement on-site assessments and diabetic foot care
• Provide navigation support and referral services in a mobile setting
• Develop and manage community-based health programs
• Collaborate with First Nation communities for program success
Requirements:
