The Response Centre Specialist is an essential member of the Loss Prevention Operations team, dedicated to protecting company assets and reducing losses. Key tasks include remote monitoring, dispatching emergency responders, and preparing incident reports. The role requires a proactive approach to identify potential threats and maintain compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor designated company locations remotely
• Respond to incidents and document thoroughly
• Dispatch emergency responders as needed
• Conduct daily compliance audits
• Prepare incident reports meeting legal standards
Requirements:
• Valid provincial security worker license
• First Aid & W.H.I.M.I.S. certification
• Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control)
