Become a Co-Director of Care (RN) in our esteemed long-term care facility. This permanent full-time role is vital for those passionate about high-quality, resident-centered care and clinical leadership.
As a Co-Director, you will partner with the Director of Care to ensure compliance with care standards and lead a skilled nursing staff. You will mentor team members, manage staff education, and oversee programming in areas such as palliative care, infection prevention, and quality improvement. A solid foundation in nursing practice is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Director for clinical operations
• Manage staff orientation and performance
