Responsibilities

• Follow up critical items together with the master scheduler in order to have materials produced on time to fulfill shipping schedule based on customer demand.
• Coordinate with finished goods warehouse pre‑shipments and shipments to ensure on‑time delivery to the customers.
• OTD follow up on a daily basis.
• Monitor ASN sent to customers in every shipment to assure compliance and avoid misalignment in front of customer system.
• Work with customers continuously, maintaining strong communication and a high level of commitment regarding every customer requirement.
• Follow up on customer concerns and involve additional departments in necessary cases.
• Manage customer service portals as required to provide responses on specific requirements such as action plans, shipment promise dates, customer concerns, etc. ...
