Logistics Clerk | Rimouski

H2Lab is currently seeking a Logistics Clerk for its Rimouski location. Reporting to the Logistics Assistant, the successful candidate will perform daily tasks required to support the smooth operation of the logistics department.

Role Definition

Provides support to logistics operations by ensuring the processing of shipping and receiving documentation while communicating key information between the various operators.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

• Perform the daily receipt of packages and samples;
• Number samples upon receipt;
• Verify the integrity and compliance of received samples;
• Enter samples and requested analyses into the computer system;
• Report any irregularities during sample receipt and registration to the supervisor;
• Receive and process client requests at the reception counter, as well as by e‑mail or phone;
