DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for negotiating, cover, and book loads for every lane according to Unilink’s standards and expected margins
Native or highly proficient English speaker. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Candidates are evaluated based on skills and will. Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, including trucking, shipping, and freight forwarding. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using transportation management software (TMS) and other relevant tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
