Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst LATAM (Brazil) will be responsible for planning and executing logistics operations at the Distribution Center in Navegantes/SC, ensuring efficiency across inbound and outbound flows and managing 3PL partners. The role collaborates closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, S&OP and the LATAM regional team in Spanish, and supports operational performance, KPI management, and continuous improvement projects in line with Mattel’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct national distribution planning, ensuring compliance with deadlines and inventory policies.
• Manage operations of logistics service providers (3PL), ensuring performance and contractual compliance.
• Monitor and oversee inbound and outbound transportation flows at the Distribution Center.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, OTIF, logistics costs, and operational productivity.
