Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle documentation, customs permits, and incoming shipment arrangements, including declaration of Import/Export permits via TradeNet in full compliance with Singapore Customs requirements.
- Liaise with shipping companies and internal departments to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Perform data entry on daily delivery, purchase orders, sales invoices, and filing documents.
- Attend phone calls and coordinate with customers on enquiries.
- Conduct stock‑taking and perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Schedule
5.5 days per week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
