Core Criteria:

• Formal Tertiary education in Hospitality/Tourism is essential for this position


• Previous experience in hospitality, hosting or guest-facing roles (luxury lodge or hotel experience advantageous)


• Confident, friendly and professional communication skills


• A genuine passion for people, nature and service excellence


• Willingness to live and work in a remote environment


• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude


• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
