Collaborate closely with the Regional Department Head and participate in significant committees to maintain departmental standards. You will coordinate programs, investigate complaints, and promote wellness among members while fostering a respectful workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the Site Operations Committee
• Serve as a communication channel for the department
• Recommend appointments and membership renewals
• Ensure program requirements are met
• Conduct morbidity and mortality reviews
