Local community and Growth manager : Montreal

Your mission includes:

• Member growth & activation: Be the local point of contact for new members in Montreal, run onboarding moments, and drive first exchange activation through local touchpoints and promotions.


• Offline community building: Plan and deliver 3-4 meetups per month (end-to-end), from concept to logistics, hosting, and post-event follow-up.


• Local partnerships & presence: Identify and activate 3 local events/partnerships per month (venues, communities, associations, brands), negotiate collaborations, and represent HomeExchange locally.


• Ambassador program: Collaborate with current Ambassadors and help them run actions that scale the community.


• Member communications: Keep the WhatsApp group helpful (event info, onboarding resources, answering questions). No social media content production or content calendar expected.
