Join our state‑of‑the‑art contact center as a Loan Processing Specialist and help support over 400 retail locations across Canada.
A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist
- Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada.
- Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded.
- Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements, etc., exhibiting excruciating attention to detail.
- Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are met.
- Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments.
