About the role
As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
- Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually – from application to closing.
- Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
- Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
- Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (post‑secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
