General Job Description:
• Plans, directs, and controls all operations in the assigned location in a way that provides the maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective operation while meeting all company standards.
• Selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and motivates a subordinate staff which includes Service Agent, Sr. Service Agent, Courier/Handler, and Couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation.
