As a Superintendent/Groundskeeper, you will maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal across all assigned properties. This role requires you to handle routine groundskeeping, support light landscaping duties, and ensure common areas are pristine for residents and visitors. You'll be instrumental in keeping Medallion’s standards high through diligent upkeep and maintenance.
