The Campus Ambassador acts as the official representative of the company within their university, responsible for strengthening employer branding, increasing awareness, and attracting potential talent through creative and strategic initiatives over a 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company as an employer of choice within the campus (both online and offline)
• Create and distribute engaging content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) related to employer branding
• Execute monthly campaigns aligned with themes provided by the company
• Initiate and manage at least 1–2 campus activities (e.g., seminars, sharing ...
