• Draft pleadings;
• Utilize Litigation Support Software to manage document production, disclosure and organization;
• Objectively code documents;
• Prepare Affidavits Disclosing Documents (including review and redact for privilege and relevance);
• Compile Books of Evidence/Exhibits;
• Import documents received from opposing counsel;
• Prepare legal chronologies;
• Record all billable and non-billable functions on a daily basis;
