Line Lead Operator/ Operator II

We’re looking for a Line Lead Operator / Operator II to join our Finishing team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street.

As the Line Leader Operator, you will be the senior operator and team leader on an integrated finishing production line comprised of some or all of the following components: separation, scanning, shrink wrap, cartoning and palletizing. The position is responsible for leading a team to safely process high volumes of products in accordance with Pollard Banknote’s production targets and specifications for each game. The Line Lead will monitor and oversee health and safety, quality, production and staffing issues for the area.

Our shifts are fixed twelve‑hour shifts. Shift available: Sunday‑Tuesday (7am‑7pm). The above schedule requires a bi‑weekly Saturday scheduled shift; this schedule includes regular overtime hours.
