Job Description
Become a Lifemark Physiotherapist in Muskoka, ON, focusing on seniors’ mobility and health. Work 2.5 hours weekly, delivering evidence-based care and patient education.
This role allows you to create personalized care plans and collaborate with a team to ensure patient-centered approaches. You will also have the opportunity to mentor future professionals while engaging in ongoing learning. Digital tools will assist you in communicating effectively and documenting patient progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create tailored evidence-informed care plans for rehabilitation
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team for patient care
• Mentor upcoming clinicians and share your expertise
• Stay updated with best practices through continuous learning
• Employ e-charting to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements:
• Current physiotherapy license from provincial regulatory college
• Liability insurance as required
• 1–2+ years experience in long-term care preferred
