Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for mining bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region, addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, quality, and value chain teams. Ensure all customer communications are clearly documented.
  • Answer inbound customer service inquiries, provide health analysis or troubleshooting, and redirect as appropriate.
  • Identify issues and determine appropriate courses of action for effective resolution.
  • Process results from the analysis of technical data.
  • Understand product or component health or status; determine if action is needed and outline required next steps.
  • Support quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
