In this position you are an integral member of a small Home Care office that focusses on the delivery excellent client and family centered care. Bashaw Home and Community Care offers services from a variety of health disciplines; including nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and access to a dietician. The goal is to provide an individualized experience for each client. As members of the multidisciplinary health care team, Licensed Practical Nurse’s working within their scope of practice, collaborate on the delivery of care to meet the needs of clients. LPN’s assist with the provision of nursing care to individuals in all developmental stages, contribute to the nursing diagnosis, and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes.
