Your experience in trade execution, client onboarding, and maintaining CRM systems will be crucial. This position allows for remote work post-onboarding, supporting a high-performing advisory team in a robust market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for global client inquiries and service
• Provide operational support to Investment Advisors for deal origination
• Oversee trade execution, order entry, and compliance tasks
• Manage onboarding and regulatory paperwork with accuracy
• Maintain detailed client records and prepare reports
